In order for us to provide you with the quality service you deserve, please read the following terms and policies below and contact us with any questions prior to purchase to be sure you fully understand how your order will be processed.
Shipping and Handling
Our shipping charges are for UPS unless you make different arrangements with SOS Safety 4U at (270) 765-2270. The base rates are shown here:

PLEASE NOTE:
Bad addresses, missing apartment numbers, re-routes to another address (your work or a friends house etc.) will result in a service charge. UPS charges $5.00 for ground corrections and $10.00 for expedited corrections. They charge us, so we will have no choice but to charge you. To avoid any correction charges please double check your address before you submit your order.
Allow up to 14 days to process and deliver your order to you. Any unexpected delays will be communicated to you as soon as we learn of them. We only ship within the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship outside of the USA. We do not accept orders sent to military addresses (i.e.: APO). Some items may be able to be mailed via USPS to a PO Box. Please contact us regarding an item of interest to confirm prior to purchase.
Return Policy
ONLY defective items may be returned for exchange. Refunds are only issued if the item is no longer available. You must report defective items to sos4you@comcast.net within three (3) days from receipt. An RMA # will be issued at that time as well as any return instructions. Explanation of the problem must be provided in writing with the returned item. Once item is received we will determine whether or not it is defective and then ship a replacement to you. There is a 30% restocking fee if the item is not defective. You are responsible for making all arrangements associated with the return of your merchandise including any return shipping costs. The item must be received back at our warehouse in the original, undamaged condition. Any and all related parts and assembly instructions received must be included with the item. Please do not forget to first obtain an RMA number prior to shipping your items.
Customer Service
We offer quality email support to all of our customers. When sending us an email, please include your name, order # and the item you purchased (if applicable), so we can provide a quick and concise response to your question. Payment Processing
Once you have sent payment to SOS Safety 4U we begin processing your order immediately. Processing of your order will usually take about 3-5 business days at most, which allows time for your payment to clear and your order to be requested from our distribution center. Please know that orders placed near or on the weekend may take slightly longer to process.

Sorry, no cash; will be returned to you if received. Please be sure to provide us with correct shipping information including your contact phone number(s) so we can quickly process your order and have your item shipped out. Our online payment checkout is secure through SSL encryption. Once you enter the checkout page, you will see that our URL in the address bar has changed from "http" to "https" showing a secure connection.

Sales Tax
Sales tax of 6% is charged on all items shipped to any location within the state of Kentucky. Select merchandise may be subject to other states sales tax depending on warehouse picking locations.
Color / Appearance / Price / Dimension Discrepancies
We make every effort to provide high quality images and descriptions of our products, we are not responsible for image color/appearance variations due to monitor settings or slight measurement discrepancies. If precise colors, dimensions, or patterns are critical to your order, please contact us by e-mail so that we may assist you in answering any questions you may have prior to ordering. All return requests due to color/appearance variations or slight dimension variations are subject to our standard 30-Day Return Policy. – SOS Safety4U is not responsible for pricing or other errors in the description of our products, and we reserve the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors.
Damage on Arrival / Unfulfilled Orders
Although every effort is made to ship your merchandise as safely as possible, we recognize items do occasionally get damaged during transport. Our staff is well trained to offer assistance in the event of damages or other issues relating to your order. Damages, missing parts, or discrepancies must be reported within two (2) days from the date that the item was received to sos4you@comcast.net. We assume no responsibility for any problems reported after the 3-day period.
Please be sure to retain the original packaging and all packing materials since you may need to reseal the item for pick up by the carrier. We can then file a claim on your behalf and provide you with a replacement or refund (minus any insurance paid for since this is the purpose for it) if the item is no longer available.
NOTE: If the original packaging has not been retained, there is no recourse with the shipping carrier and no refund or replacement can be issued. It is importance that these receiving instructions be followed. Although these incidents rarely happen, keep in mind that defective items are not the same as damaged and must be handled in a different manner (see "Return Policy" above).
Lost / Missing Shipment
In the event that your item has not arrived within a reasonable amount of time once it has been shipped to you according to standard transit times, we will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. Once it has been determined that the item has definitely been lost, you then have the option of having a replacement shipped or receiving a refund.
Restricted Items
IMPORTANT: SOS Safety 4U will not ship products to jurisdictions where they are known to be restricted. You, the customer have the ultimate responsibility to ascertain, comprehend, and abide by all applicable laws pertaining to the possession and use of the products you purchase. By placing an order at SOS Safety 4U, you represent that all products purchased by you will be used in a lawful manner and that you are 18 years of age or older.
